Quiche Alternative

Good for brunch or a quick breakfast. Serves 2.5 on a 20 gram protein nutrition diet
Ingredients:
16 oz container of egg whites
1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
1/2 cup of rolled oatmeal
Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipoltle seasoning to taste or use your favorite hot sauce
Pam
pie pan

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray pan, combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
