Granola Breakfast/Snack (www.oxygenmag.com)
Ingredients:
Pam cooking Spray
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp smart balance butter
2 tbsp dried fruit
3 cups whole-grain cereal (i.e. Kashi GoLean Crunch)
2 tbsp almonds (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Spray baking sheet with pam. Mix peanut butter,
honey, and butter in bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix fruit
with cereal and combine with peanut butter mixture. Spread onto baking sheet
and bake uncovered for one and 1/2 hours. Eat 1/2 Cup of granola with 3 boiled
egg whites for a balanced breakfast or snack.
