Weight Workout

Exercising with weights is the best way to increase muscle tone and improve total body strength when performed properly. Begin with smaller groups and work to the larger muscle groups. You want to work opposing muscle groups when exercising. You always want to workout with a trainer or individual trained on proper technique. Please check with your doctor before performing exercise. Don't feel worried if you are sore after a couple days from exercising with weights. Check out the pictures and tips on exercise below. Get ready for lift off!!

Warm-up= Total Body repetitions of 15-20 for 2 sets. center

Shoulders= Dumbbell Shoulder Press,

   

Biceps and Triceps= Elbow and Back against wall Bicep Curls with palms up, against wall

   

Dumbbell Chest Press weight corner

   

Front Raise Supinated pull up area

   

(Palms Up), Reverse Fly V off PB weight corner

   

Plank Triceps ground

   

Chest and Back= Lat Pull-downs to the Front (Girls grip close and Guys grip wide), big machine

       

Quadriceps and Hamstrings= Single Leg Squat, Single Leg

   

Hamstring Curl pull up area

   

Abs= Plank with left elbow forward then right elbow forward, side plank on right for 20 seconds then left for 20 seconds. ground
