Best Berry Smoothie (www.bodyforlife.com)
1/2 C. skim milk
1/2 C. fat free plain yogurt
1 packet of splenda or equal
1 scoop of vanilla protien powder
1 C. frozen, unsweetened mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries,and boysenberries tastes best! Costco sells a big bag.)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 20-30 seconds. All natural and tastes great!
